  • Where do I have my massage?

    As we are an exclusively mobile business, we will come to you and work with you in your home, resort, vacation rental or campsite. (out-door massages are weather permitting).

  • Do you offer couples massage?

    Yes, we love to offer couples treatments. Because two practitioners will need to be available for couples treatments, we recommend booking well in advance.

  • How can I pay?

    We accept cash, debit, credit and e-transfer. Whatever is best for you will work for us.

  • Does Deep Flow Mean Deep Tissue?

    Deep Flow describes the style of massage offered. We will discuss pressure prior to your massage in order to provide exactly what your body needs. We offer a wide range of pressure from very light, to very deep.

  • Are you RMTs?

    No. Although all on our team are educated, certified, and highly skilled with over a decade of experience each, we are not RMTs and therefore our massages cannot be covered under most insurance or benefit plans.

  • What's your cancellation policy?

    We understand that life happens, and we do our best to be flexible. We do not charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee, however we do kindly ask that if you do need to cancel or change your appointments, that you let us know with as much advance notice as possible.

  • I'm staying at a camp-site. Can I book with you?

    We love to offer outdoor massages, weather permitting. If booking far in advance, we require a plan b in case of rain (in a trailer or other covered area)

    We also require that your site has a power source so that we can plug in our table warmers. As warm as Tofino gets, it rarely feels hot enough to not have the table heat on.

  • I want to book in with Jessica, but I don't have the space. Are there any other options?

    Jessica is connected with a few other spas in town and is always happy to accommodate your needs. If you’d like to book her for a treatment, but don’t have a suitable space, reach out via phone or email and let her know. By request, she can treat you in a local spa.

  • Any perks for locals?

    We do offer a local’s rate for those who live on the peninsula year round. Reach out if you’d like to book in. (proof of residency required)
